Visibility Isn't About Ego. It's About Contribution.
After more than 15 years photographing executives, founders, consultants and thought leaders, I've learned a lot about visibility.
I've seen women launch businesses, step into senior leadership roles, join boards, write books, deliver keynote speeches and create meaningful impact in their industries.
I've also noticed something else.
Many of the women I work with are already highly capable. They're experienced, respected professionally, and doing important work.
Yet when opportunities arise that require them to become more visible, many hesitate.
Not because they lack expertise or ambition.
But because being seen can feel surprisingly vulnerable.
Standing at the Edge of the Next Opportunity
Perhaps you've been thinking about applying for a board role, putting your hand up for a more senior leadership position, or starting your own consultancy.
Or maybe you're already in a leadership role and are being asked to become more visible. Speaking at events. Building your professional profile. Sharing your expertise more publicly.
From the outside, it can look like a confidence issue.
But in my experience, it's often something else.
I know because I've navigated it myself.
For years, I helped other people become visible while staying comfortably behind the camera.
I kept thinking I needed more experience, more confidence, or a clearer message before putting myself out there.
What I've come to realise is that the biggest shift wasn't learning how to be visible.
It was giving myself permission to be visible.
Permission to share my perspective. Permission to contribute to conversations already being had.
Permission to stop waiting until I felt completely ready.
Because while many of the ideas I share aren't new, they haven't been shared through my experiences, my lens, or my voice.
I've since seen this same pattern play out for many of the women I work with.
The challenge is rarely capability.
More often, it's recognising that you're already ready and allowing yourself to be seen.
Visibility Creates Opportunity
One of the biggest misconceptions about visibility is that it's about self-promotion.
I see it differently. Visibility isn't about ego.
It's about contribution.
Because if people don't know who you are, what you stand for, or the expertise you bring, it's much harder to create the impact you're capable of making.
When people can clearly see your value, opportunities often follow.
New leadership opportunities, Speaking engagements, Board positions, Partnerships, Clients and Influence.
Not because you're more capable than before.
Because you're more visible.
Become the Face of Your Brand Workshop
This realisation is what inspired me to create Become the Face of Your Brand.
An intimate workshop designed for women who are ready to strengthen their visibility, clarify their personal brand, and step into the opportunities they're already capable of pursuing.
Whether you're preparing for a leadership role, considering a board position, building a consultancy, growing your professional profile, or simply ready to become more visible in your field, this experience is designed to help you show up with greater clarity and intention.
Together we'll explore:
• Why visibility matters and how it shapes opportunities
• Personal brand and the story you want to be known for
• Personal style and professional presence
• Visual storytelling and brand imagery
Most importantly, we'll create space to reflect on how you want to show up in the next chapter of your career, business or leadership journey.
Because becoming the face of your brand isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about being seen more clearly for who you already are.
If you're ready to give yourself permission to be seen, we'd love to welcome you into the room.
