What This Experience Is
This is a thoughtfully designed experience for women who want how they are seen to feel more aligned with who they’ve become.
Across the day, we’ll explore how visibility, style and imagery shape the way people understand and experience you.
You’ll reflect on where there may be a gap between how you see yourself and what others recognise, and how to bring those together.
We’ll look at practical ways to express your experience, thinking and leadership through how you present yourself, both in person and online.
You’ll be apart of an intentionally small group of impact-driven, accomplished women who are stepping into a similar chapter.
The room itself is part of the experience.

What We’ll Explore Together
This workshop is built around a Leadership Profile Framework,
developed from over 15 years partnering with executives,
founders and consultants,
and from developing my own leadership identity.
It focuses on aligning four key elements:
1. Leadership Visibility
Discover the visibility gap that’s been holding you back
We’ll explore the gap between how you see yourself and what others understand about you.
Together, we’ll unpack:
the subtle ways women hold back
how self-perception shapes visibility
how others are currently experiencing you
the impact of downplaying your expertise
This part of the experience is about allowing your presence to reflect who you already are and your leadership capabilities.
2. Personal Brand & Identity
Bringing your presence into alignment
We’ll look at how to express your expertise, personality and leadership in a way that feels natural and clear.
Together, we’ll explore:
how to articulate what you do and how you work and why it matters
the qualities you want to be known for
where your current messaging may feel unclear or outdated
how to bring more consistency to how you show up
You’ll leave with a clear way of communicating who you are and the impact you’re making.
3. Personal Style
Your personal style plays a powerful role in the influence you want to make, often before you’ve said a word.
Led by guest expert Kathryn Edmonds, a personal stylist and former lead stylist with Style Magazine.
Kathryn will share practical styling guidance to help you show up with confidence across leadership, speaking, networking and professional opportunities.
Together you’ll explore:
how to dress in a way that supports how you want to be seen
styling considerations for stage, camera, video and digital platforms
simple styling adjustments and an individual colour analysis to strengthen your professional presence
You'll walk away with clear styling direction and a more considered visual language that reflects who you are today.
You'll also receive personalised styling guidance ahead of your mini portrait session.
4. Brand Imagery
This part of the experience brings everything together through a relaxed, guided photoshoot.
To support your visibility, the experience includes a professional leadership portrait session.
Led by Rebecca, you will:
develop techniques to feel more comfortable in front of the camera
know how to hold your posture, expression and presence naturally
capture photos that reflect who you are, so others can connect with you more easily
You’ll also receive preparation guidance ahead of the workshop, so you arrive feeling ready.
Following the workshop, you'll receive access to a private gallery to select your images and receive one professionally enhanced portrait, with the option to purchase additional photographs.
We'll also explore how to use your images more intentionally across your professional profile, including LinkedIn and other platforms.

Why I created this Experience
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked closely with hundreds of accomplished women — executives, founders, consultants and recognised experts.
Again and again, I noticed the same pattern.
Highly capable women were often under-represented in how they were seen.
Their expertise was respected and yet, what others saw didn’t always reflect the depth of who they had become.
I’ve discovered that this gap is rarely about confidence.
More often, it sits in the space between how someone sees themselves and what they feel comfortable showing.
I see it most clearly in front of the camera.
There is always a moment before the shutter clicks where someone decides how they are going to show up - Whether they hold back slightly, or allow themselves to be seen as they are now.
That moment matters, because it shapes how someone is experienced long after and it holds a mirror up to just how powerful they are.
