Together, we'll identify where there may be gaps between the opportunities you're working towards and the impression you're currently creating.
You'll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence and professional assets that support the next stage of your career.
You'll also be part of an intentionally small group of accomplished women who are navigating similar transitions and understand the value of investing in themselves.
The conversations and connections are an important part of the experience.

What We’ll Explore Together
This workshop is built around a Leadership Profile Framework,
developed from over 15 years partnering with executives,
founders and consultants,
and from developing my own leadership identity.
It focuses on aligning four key elements:
1. Clarify Your Direction
Gain clarity on where you're heading
and what you want to be known for.
Before you can intentionally build your personal brand, you need clarity about where you're going and the contribution you want to make.
Together, we'll explore:
recognising the strengths, experience and leadership you've already built
the opportunities that genuinely excite you
what you want to become known for professionally
the impact you want to create over the coming years
You'll leave with a stronger sense on what your next chapter looks like and have the tools and confidence to pursue it.
2. Create Opportunity
Understand how you're currently being experienced
and where small shifts can create a bigger impact.
Many experienced women already have the expertise. The challenge is making it easier for the right people to recognise and trust the value they bring.
Together, we'll explore:
where the gaps are between your expertise and how others experience it
practical ways to strengthen your professional reputation
visibility pathways that align with your strengths and goals
how to create more opportunities without feeling self-promotional
You'll leave with practical strategies to build your reputation and create opportunities more intentionally.
3. Communicate Your Leadership through Strategic Styling
Your personal style plays a powerful role in the influence
you want to make, often before you’ve said a word.
Led by guest expert Kathryn Edmonds. Kathryn will help you understand how to use clothing intentionally to communicate and influence.
Together, we'll explore:
the visual signals created through colour, shape, structure and detail
practical styling strategies for leadership, speaking, networking and professional visibility
personalised colour analysis and styling guidance to strengthen your professional image
You'll leave with greater confidence in how you present yourself, along with practical styling advice to support your professional goals.
4. Capture Your Next Chapter
Bring everything you've discovered throughout the day
into a portrait experience that feels authentic and empowering.
Your editorial portrait session is more than a photoshoot. It's an opportunity to capture the confidence, clarity and leadership you've uncovered throughout the workshop.
Together, we'll focus on:
turning nerves into excitement in front of the camera
receive coaching on on-camera presence
personalised styling guidance from Kathryn before your session
creating leadership portraits that support your professional goals

Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Taylor is an award-winning portrait photographer, personal brand strategist and founder of Rebecca Taylor Photography, a national studio focused on leadership visibility.
Over the past 15 years, she has worked with hundreds of executives, founders and industry leaders, helping them strengthen the connection between who they are, how they lead and how they are seen.
Her work has been published in Forbes Magazine, The CEO Magazine, CIO Media, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald, and featured on national billboards and the covers of multiple books.
Rebecca's work sits at the intersection of visibility, identity and leadership. Through her workshops, programs and photography experiences, she helps professional women feel more confident being seen and recognised for the contribution they already make.
She is the creator of Become the Face of Your Brand, Leadership Visibility Breakthrough and Redefining Leadership magazine, and co-host of The Aligned Assembly networking events.

Meet Kathryn
Kathryn is an Executive Stylist, Image Consultant, Brand Manager and Creative Strategist with over 17 years of experience shaping visual identity, personal brand presence and elevated brand experiences across fashion, editorial, retail and marketing-led environments.
She is former lead stylist at Style Magazines and specialises in personal style, wardrobe strategy and image alignment for leaders, founders and professionals in high-visibility roles, helping them refine how they present so their image feels polished, credible and aligned with the level they operate at.
With a background spanning creative direction, editorial styling, campaign production and brand storytelling, she brings both a refined aesthetic and strategic commercial lens to every project.

Why I Created This Experience
When I started my business more than 15 years ago, I thought I was simply creating a job I'd love.
Looking back, I realise I was building something much bigger. A career that reflected my values, gave me the freedom to choose meaningful work and allowed me to contribute in a way that felt authentic.
Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of accomplished women including executives, founders, consultants and recognised experts.
I've noticed the same pattern time and time again.
These women have built incredible careers. They've led teams, influenced organisations and created meaningful impact.
Yet they've rarely stopped to intentionally invest in themselves.
Their careers have evolved, but they haven't had the time or space to reflect on where they're heading next, what they want to be known for, or whether the way they're showing up still reflects the value they bring.
That's why I created Become the Face of Your Brand.
I wanted to create more than a workshop.
I wanted to create a day where experienced women could step away from the demands of work, reconnect with the leader they've become, gain clarity about where they're heading, and intentionally shape how they want to be seen.
Because the one brand you'll carry throughout your entire career is your own.
