What This Experience Is
This is a small-group, thoughtfully designed experience for women who want how they are seen to feel more aligned with who they’ve become.
Across the morning, we’ll explore how visibility, presence, style and imagery shape the way people understand and experience you.
You’ll reflect on where there may be a gap between how you see yourself and what others recognise quickly, and how to bring those two closer together.
We’ll look at practical ways to express your experience, thinking and leadership more clearly through how you present yourself, both in person and online.
You’ll also spend the half day alongside a small group of impact-driven, accomplished women who are stepping into a similar chapter.
The room itself is part of the experience.
For many women,
the shift isn’t learning
how to be visible.
It’s allowing
themselves to be.
When your leadership isn’t visible, opportunities pass quietly by.
Highly capable women are overlooked every day, not because they lack experience, credibility or ambition, but because their leadership profile doesn’t clearly communicate who they are or what they stand for.
Without a clear professional presence, consulting opportunities don’t arise, speaking invitations go elsewhere, and your expertise remains known only within your immediate circle.
You may be doing exceptional work, but if your professional presence doesn’t reflect it, your influence remains smaller than it should be.
This work is not about self-promotion.
It’s about clarity, credibility and being recognised for the contribution you are already making.
What We’ll Explore Together
This workshop is built around a Leadership Profile Framework,
developed from over 15 years working with executives, founders
and senior leaders and from developing my own leadership identity.
It focuses on aligning four key elements:
Understanding The Gap
We begin by exploring why visibility can feel uncomfortable, even for highly capable women.
Together, we’ll unpack:
• the subtle ways women hold back
• how self-perception shapes visibility
• the difference between self-promotion
and presence• how others currently experience you
• the impact of downplaying expertise
and leadership
You’ll also work through reflective exercises designed to help you identify where there may be a disconnect between who you are internally and what others are able to recognise externally.
Permission To Be Seen
This is the powerful shift that changes everything.
We’ll explore:
what you’ve outgrown
what you may be ready to step into
what you’ve been hesitant to show
how to feel more natural and comfortable being visible
This part of the experience is about allowing your presence to reflect who you already are.
Style, Presence & Visual Identity
Define a visual identity that communicates authority, confidence and credibility.
Together with executive stylist Kathryn Edmonds, we’ll explore how image styling builds confidence and credibility.
You’ll receive practical guidance around:
• dressing in a way that feels like you and signals authority
• how visual cues influence perception
• what colours suit you and how to highlight your essence
• what outfit styles suit video calls, photography and in person events
You will also receive personalised styling support in preparation for your portrait session.
Your Photoshoot Experience
Professional photographs that instantly elevate your digital identity.
Each guest will be guided through a relaxed mini brand photoshoot with Rebecca.
You’ll receive direction throughout, allowing your photos to feel natural, strong and reflective of who you are now.
We’ll also cover how to use your photos intentionally to create a personal brand and leadership profile that influences the right people and opens doors.

✔ Guided Editorial Photoshoot – Posing, styling direction, and on-camera confidence coaching throughout the mini photo session.
✔ 1 Retouched Photographs Included – professional edited for an ultra-professional finish. Option to upgrade your photo collection and order more photos.

Why I created this Experience
Over the past 15 years, I have worked closely with hundreds of women — executives, founders, consultants and recognised experts.
Again and again, I noticed the same pattern.
Highly capable women were often under-represented in how they were seen.
Their expertise was respected and their experience was significant. And yet, what others saw didn’t always reflect the depth of who they had become.
What I’ve discovered is that gap is rarely about confidence.
More often, it sits in the space between how someone sees themselves
and what they feel comfortable showing.
I see it most clearly in front of the camera.
There is always a moment before the photo where someone decides how they are going to show up.
Whether they hold back slightly or allow themselves to be seen as they are now.
That moment matters more than the image itself. Because it shapes how someone is experienced long after.

I’m on a mission to help women feel more comfortable being seen,
and to bring their presence into alignment with who they are today.

What do I need to do to prepare for the photoshoot?
To support your visibility, the workshop includes a professional leadership portrait session.
You will be guided through a grounding process to help you feel present, natural and confident in front of the camera.
Prior to the workshop, you will receive preparation guidance so you arrive ready.
During the session, you will learn how to:
• present yourself with confidence on camera
• hold posture, expression and presence
• translate your leadership into imagery
You will receive access to a private gallery to select two professionally retouched images.
Additional images will be available should you wish to expand your portfolio.
The Styling Experience
This is where presence becomes tangible.
You will work with Executive Stylist Kathryn, former Lead Image Stylist at Style Magazine
We’ll explore:
• wardrobe choices that communicate credibility and authority
• colour and structure in professional dressing
• styling for camera, video and digital platforms
• how visual presence shapes perception
This is not about fashion.
