Why I created this Workshop

For over 15 years, I’ve photographed and worked closely with hundreds of women β€” senior leaders, founders, executives and industry experts.

Again and again, I noticed the same quiet truth.

They were highly capable, respected in their fields… and deeply uncomfortable being seen.

Not because they lacked confidence in their work β€” but because visibility felt exposing. Self-promotion felt awkward. And stepping forward publicly came with fear of judgement, being misunderstood, or β€œgetting it wrong.”

Curious about this pattern, I immersed myself in understanding the psychology behind visibility and leadership presence. That journey led me to create and deliver The Leadership Visibility Breakthrough β€” a program that gave me even deeper insight into what truly helps women move from hesitation to confidence. The transformations were profound.

From that work, a clear and practical framework emerged β€” one that supports women to develop the clarity, confidence and visual identity needed to be recognised as leaders, without losing their authenticity.

Today, I specialise in helping women overcome the discomfort of self-promotion, step into visibility on their own terms, and build a digital presence that genuinely reflects their value.

Through photography, mentoring and workshops, I’ve helped women:

What do I need to do to prepare for the photoshoot?

To support your new visibility plan, you’ll receive a professional branding photoshoot.

Don’t worry if you feel nervous in front of the camera - during the workshop I’ll take you on a grounding process to shift into presence and capture your authentic presence.

On the Welcome group call (10 days prior) we’ll go through everything you need to bring to the event and what to do to prepare for your branding photoshoot.

You’ll not just receive incredible photos but you’ll also learn and be guided on how to:

  • Style yourself for the camera

  • Hold your body, expression and energy

  • Translate your leadership brand through imagery

You’ll receive an online portal to view the photographs and choose two to be retouched as oart of your package.

You’ll also have the option to order additional photographs to further build your online leadership brand and digital signature.

The Styling Experience

This is where the workshop becomes truly unique. You’ll partner with our executive stylist to discover:

Meet Kathryn: Former Lead Image Stylist at Style Magazine. She’s dressed cover stars, shaped editorial looks, and now she’s bringing her expert eye to you.

  • Wardrobe fundamentals for authority and presence communicate confidence and credibility

  • Colour psychology and how it shapes perception

  • Silhouette, fit and structure for executive credibility

  • Styling for camera, video, and online platforms
