What is a Digital Presence?
Your digital presence, or digital signature, is the professional impression you create online before anyone meets you.

- The way your expertise is articulated

The Leadership Profile Framework
This workshop is built around the Leadership Profile Framework, a structured approach developed from over 15 years working with senior leaders and founders.
Pillar 1 — Identity
Define what you want to be known for and how to communicate it clearly.
Let’s define what you want to be known for and communicate this online in a way that reflects the level of leadership you’re stepping into.
You’ll clarify your leadership positioning, identify the visibility channels that align with your goals, and learn how to articulate your value with confidence.
We focus on expressing your expertise in a way that feels grounded and authentic without over-explaining, shrinking yourself or feeling self-promotional.
By the end of this pillar, you’ll know exactly how to speak about your work and leadership in a way that others instantly understand and respect.

With Executive Stylist Kathryn, you’ll refine your visual identity and elevate your presence.
You’ll build confidence in outfit selection and know:
- What to wear for video, photography and digital platforms
- Colours and silhouettes that communicate confidence
- How to create a cohesive, professional online look
- How style influences perception and leadership presence
You’ll also receive personalised styling support on the day including outfit selection for the photoshoot.
Pillar 4 — Visibility
Professional photographs that instantly elevate your digital identity.
Your leadership brand isn’t only what you say, it’s what people feel when they see you.
Through a guided mini leadership photoshoot and on-camera coaching, you’ll learn how to show up with presence, authority and ease on camera to help build your leadership brand.
You’ll be supported through a grounding process that shifts you into confidence, with practical coaching on posture, expression, energy and presence.
The final result is a collection of professionally styled branding photos to reflect credibility, approachability and become the visual foundation of your digital leadership brand - ready for LinkedIn, bios, speaking profiles and online platforms.
Pillar 5 Recognition
Tie it all together with the tools you need to fast track the brand building process.
We’ll share our top tools for building a LinkedIn profile that builds authority and highlights your expertise.

Why I created this Workshop
For over 15 years, I’ve photographed and worked closely with hundreds of women — senior leaders, founders, executives and industry experts.
Again and again, I noticed the same pattern.
Highly capable women were often under-represented in how they were seen publicly.
Their expertise was respected.
Their experience was significant.
Yet their professional presence didn’t fully reflect their authority.
This gap is rarely about confidence or capability.
More often, it is simply a lack of alignment between identity, positioning and visibility.
The Leadership Profile Workshop was created to bridge that gap.
Through photography, mentoring and strategic guidance, I have helped women strengthen their professional presence, attract new opportunities and confidently step into leadership roles that reflect their expertise.
Because when a leader’s profile is aligned with her capability, recognition follows.

What do I need to do to prepare for the photoshoot?
To support your new visibility plan, you’ll receive a professional branding photoshoot.
Don’t worry if you feel nervous in front of the camera - during the workshop I’ll take you on a grounding process to shift into presence and capture your authentic presence.
On the Welcome group call (10 days prior) we’ll go through everything you need to bring to the event and what to do to prepare for your branding photoshoot.
You’ll not just receive incredible photos but you’ll also learn and be guided on how to:
Style yourself for the camera
Hold your body, expression and energy
Translate your leadership brand through imagery
You’ll receive an online portal to view the photographs and choose two to be retouched as oart of your package.
You’ll also have the option to order additional photographs to further build your online leadership brand and digital signature.

This is where the workshop becomes truly unique. You’ll partner with our executive stylist to discover:
