Why I created this Workshop
Over the past 15 years, I’ve photographed and coached hundreds of women - senior leaders, founders, executives and experts — who all shared one quiet truth:
They were brilliant at what they did… but deeply uncomfortable being seen.
And I understood that feeling intimately.
For years, I hid behind my work, avoided the spotlight and convinced myself that my results would speak for me.
But staying invisible held me back. It dimmed my voice and shrunk my bank balance
So I made a decision and immersed myself in personal development, communication, visibility psychology, thought leadership, and every tool I could find to understand what actually helps women show up with presence and authority.
I experimented. failed. tested again.
And over time, I built a clear, practical framework to help women develop the confidence, clarity and visual identity they need to be seen as leaders.
Today, I specialise in helping women overcome the discomfort of self-promotion, step into visibility without fear and build a digital presence that reflects their real value.
Through photography, mentoring and workshops, I’ve helped women:

What do I need to do to prepare for the photoshoot?
To support your new visibility plan, you’ll receive a professional branding photoshoot.
Don’t worry if you feel nervous in front of the camera, during the workshop I’ll take you on a grounding process to shift into presence and capture your authentic presence.
During the Welcome group call (10 days prior) we’ll go through eveything you need to do for the photoshoot.
You’ll be guided on how to:
Style yourself for the camera
Hold your body, expression and energy
Translate your leadership brand through imagery
You’ll receive an online portal to view the photographs and choose two to be retouched as oart of your package.
You’ll also have the option to order additional photographs to furuther buld your online leadership brand and digital signature.
The Styling Experience
This is where the workshop becomes truly unique. You’ll work with our executive stylist to discover:
Wardrobe fundamentals for authority and presence communicate confidence and credibility
Colour psychology and how it shapes perception
Silhouette, fit and structure for executive credibility
Styling for camera, video, and online platforms
What to wear for digital first impressions (Zoom, LinkedIn, media, brand shoots)
This isn’t about being “fashionable.” It’s about embodying the leader you’re becoming visually, energetically and intentionally.
