Leadership Profile Workshop
Leadership Profile Workshop
Align your identity, presence and professional profile so you are recognised at the level you already operate.
Many accomplished women reach a point in their careers where their experience and capability are clear yet their professional profile doesn’t fully reflect the level they operate at.
Perhaps you are:
• stepping into consulting after a long corporate career
• preparing for executive or board opportunities
• wanting your expertise to be recognised beyond your immediate circle
But when someone looks at your LinkedIn profile or digital presence, it doesn’t yet communicate the depth of your experience.
This workshop is designed to change that.
Through a structured process, we align your identity, positioning, presence and visibility so your leadership profile reflects the level you already operate.
Because leadership recognition follows profile alignment.

This isn’t about self-promotion.
It’s about claiming the impact
you’re already making.
When your leadership isn’t visible, opportunities pass quietly by.
When your leadership isn’t visible, opportunities pass quietly by.
Highly capable women are overlooked every day, not because they lack experience, credibility or ambition, but because their leadership profile doesn’t clearly communicate who they are or what they stand for.
Without a clear professional presence, consulting opportunities don’t arise, speaking invitations go elsewhere, and your expertise remains known only within your immediate circle.
You may be doing exceptional work, but if your professional presence doesn’t reflect it, your influence remains smaller than it should be.
This work is not about self-promotion.
It’s about clarity, credibility and being recognised for the contribution you are already making.
What is a Digital Presence?
Your digital presence is the professional impression you create before anyone meets you.
It lives across:
- Your LinkedIn profile
- Your profile photographs
- Your written voice
- Your visual identity
- Your presence on video
- The way your expertise is articulated
When aligned with your leadership identity, your presence quietly signals credibility, authority and trust.
It allows others to immediately understand the value you bring.
Without this alignment, even highly accomplished leaders can remain under-recognised.
Step into a leadership profile that reflects the level you operate.
This workshop is designed for women who want to feel confident being visible in their work, online, on camera and in professional settings, without feeling self-promotional or inauthentic.
Across one focused, high-value day, you will leave with:
A clearly defined leadership profile
Clarity on what you stand for, what you want to be known for, and how to articulate your expertise with authority.
A considered visibility approach
A structured understanding of where and how to show up so your presence supports your next role, not just your current one.
An aligned executive presence
Styling and visual direction that reinforces credibility, influence and trust across professional environments.
Professional leadership portraits
Two refined images captured on the day, ready for LinkedIn, speaking profiles and professional platforms.
Practical tools to support momentum
Simple structures and prompts developed during the session so you can continue with clarity.
Confidence in how you present and communicate
Tools to feel grounded and natural on camera and in professional settings.
A shift in self-perception
Clarity about the leader you are becoming, and the confidence to allow your work to be recognised at that level.
This is clarity, embodiment and direction in one considered day.
Who This Workshop Is For?
This workshop is designed for experienced women who are ready for their professional presence to reflect their leadership.
It is particularly valuable for women who are:
• transitioning from corporate into consulting or advisory work
• preparing for executive promotion or board opportunities
• building a thought leadership presence
• recognised internally but under-represented publicly
• ready to articulate their expertise with clarity and confidence
You do not need to be highly active on social media.
You do not need to be tech-savvy.
You simply need a structured approach to aligning your professional profile
with the authority you already hold.
What This Workshop Is Not
Many women hesitate to invest in visibility work because they assume it will require them to become someone they are not.
This workshop is not about constant posting, building a large following or becoming highly active on social media.
It is not about performing or promoting yourself.
It is about ensuring your professional presence reflects your experience, so the right opportunities can find you.
The Leadership Profile Framework
This workshop is built around the Leadership Profile Framework, developed from over 15 years working with executives, founders and senior leaders.
It focuses on aligning five key elements:
Pillar 1 — Identity
Define what you want to be known for and how to communicate it clearly.
Clarify what you stand for as a leader.
You will define your leadership values, strengths and the contribution you want to be known for.
This creates the foundation for everything that follows.
Pillar 2 — Positioning
Visibility becomes easier when you know what to say and how to say it consistently.
Define what you want to be known for.
We translate your experience into a clear leadership profile so others can immediately understand your expertise and authority.
You will leave with language you can use consistently across your professional presence.
Pillar 3 — Presence
Define a visual identity that communicates authority, confidence and credibility.
Align how you are seen with the level you operate at.
With Executive Stylist Kathryn, you will refine your visual identity and understand how presence communicates authority.
You will gain clarity on:
• how to dress for professional visibility
• how visual cues influence perception
• how to present yourself with confidence and credibility
You will also receive personalised styling support in preparation for your portrait session.
Pillar 4 — Visibility
Professional photographs that instantly elevate your digital identity.
Represent your expertise with clarity and intention.
You will learn how to ensure your professional presence reflects your positioning across key platforms, including LinkedIn.
This is not about volume.
It is about being seen in the right way, in the right places.
Pillar 5 Recognition
Tie it all together with the tools you need to fast track the brand building process.
Connect your profile to your next level of opportunity.
You will identify the roles, opportunities and environments you want to move into, and ensure your leadership profile supports that direction.

Why I created this Workshop
Over the past 15 years, I have worked closely with hundreds of women — executives, founders, consultants and recognised experts.
Again and again, I noticed the same pattern.
Highly capable women were often under-represented in how they were seen publicly.
Their expertise was respected.
Their experience was significant.
Yet their professional presence didn’t fully reflect their authority.
This gap is rarely about confidence or capability.
More often, it is simply a lack of alignment between identity, positioning and visibility.
The Leadership Profile Workshop was created to bridge that gap.
Through photography, mentoring and strategic guidance, I have helped women strengthen their professional presence, attract new opportunities and confidently step into leadership roles that reflect their expertise.
Because when a leader’s profile is aligned with her capability, recognition follows.
