Why this matters and why I created this experience.
Building a meaningful career or stepping into thought leadership requires clarity, courage, and presence. Over the past 14+ years of running a purpose-led business and working with senior leaders, consultants and industry leaders, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is when professionals feel confident being seen — not just for what they do, but for who they are.
But I’ll be honest: visibility didn’t come naturally to me either.
Early in my journey, I believed my work should speak for itself, that I didn’t need to show up personally. I was afraid of judgment, of being “too much,” of getting it wrong. And like many high-achievers, I stayed behind the scenes, hoping results alone would carry me forward.
The truth? Staying invisible can quietly cap your influence and your potential.
What changed everything for me was learning how to align my message with my values — and show up in a way that felt genuine and grounded, not performative. It’s a practice I continue today and one I now help others develop through personal branding, on-camera confidence
and leadership visibility strategy.

About Rebecca
Rebecca Taylor is an award-winning portrait photographer, brand mentor, and founder of the Australia-wide studio, Rebecca Taylor Photography, specialising in strategic personal branding for executives, founders, and thought leaders.
Known for her signature ability to capture the authentic presence of CEOs, industry experts and influential professionals, Rebecca transforms visual identity into a powerful, aligned brand presence.
Her editorial portraits have been featured in Forbes, CEO Magazine, CIO Media, The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, and across global platforms including Thrive Global and The Guardian on the covers of best-selling book covers.
